Medical-grade
peptide therapy, made deliberate.
Personalized protocols for men and women, prescribed by Drs. Sylvia & Michael Harris — dispensed by our state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy partner. Goal-specific, lab-monitored, and physician-signed at every step.
Pharmaceutical-grade vs. grey market.
Peptides exploded in the consumer market faster than oversight could catch up. The difference between a compound from a licensed 503A pharmacy and an unregulated source isn’t marketing — it’s chemistry, sterility, and accountability.
Unverified, unsupervised.
- Unknown purity — many imports contain incorrect dosages or contaminants
- No physician oversight or dose guidance
- Often produced in unregulated overseas facilities
- “Not for human consumption” labels mask real risk
- No lab monitoring, no protocol adjustments
Physician-prescribed, lab-verified.
- Pharmaceutical-grade compounds from state-licensed 503A pharmacies
- Prescribed by Drs. Michael & Sylvia Harris after clinical evaluation
- Certificates of analysis on file for every compound
- Ongoing lab monitoring, dose adjustments, and follow-up
- Full informed consent and medical records on every protocol
Goal-specific protocols, physician-prescribed.
Every protocol is individualized based on your labs, history, and goals. Foundations starts with a focused formulary; growth hormone secretagogues unlock at Transform; advanced longevity peptides at Transcend.

Are peptides legal and FDA-approved?
The 2026 HHS reclassification restored legal access to many peptides through licensed compounding pharmacies. Some peptides — like semaglutide and tirzepatide — are FDA-approved for specific indications and prescribed off-label when clinically appropriate. Others are compounded preparations dispensed under physician supervision. We use only state-licensed 503A pharmacy partners with documented chain-of-custody.
Do I need to be in Pensacola for the consultation?
Your first visit is in person at our Pensacola office. Ongoing follow-ups can be conducted via telemedicine for patients in Florida and 8 additional states (list available on request).
Are labs required to join?
Yes for Transform and Transcend — baseline labs are required before you can start either tier, and scheduled follow-up labs are part of ongoing care. At Foundations, labs are recommended but not required. We write the lab orders and coordinate scheduling; labs are billed separately by the lab itself, not included in your membership.
What does it cost beyond the membership?
Membership covers physician time and protocol oversight. Lab work and the compounded peptides themselves are billed separately — pricing is fully transparent and discussed during your consultation. Most patients have a clear monthly estimate before starting.
How fast will I see results?
It depends on the protocol and your starting biomarkers. Metabolic protocols typically show measurable change in 4–8 weeks; recovery and body composition shifts often appear over 8–12 weeks; longevity-pathway protocols are measured over months and years through lab markers, not weeks. We monitor objectively at every step.
Can I stack multiple peptides?
Foundations members run one peptide at a time. Transform and Transcend members may run stacked protocols when clinically indicated. Stacking decisions are made by Dr. Harris based on labs, response, and safety markers — never by request alone.
The next move is yours.
You know what you want to optimize. We provide the protocol, the labs, and the physician oversight to actually do it well. Start the conversation.
Educational content only. Peptide therapy requires physician evaluation, lab work, and ongoing supervision. Individual results vary. Not all peptides discussed are FDA-approved — many are compounded preparations prescribed off-label under physician supervision. All therapies at Ageless Pensacola are prescribed only after individual clinical evaluation.
